Hotel was lovely welcoming and popular!
The breakfast was particularly good and delicious, had plenty of food. The staff were helpful the whole time. The location of this hotel was comfortable and unbeatable.

The location is really great—super close to Osaka. the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast offered a decent selection of Western foods. ❤️.

We checked in quite late and they even provided hot noodles for us for free. The Indoor onsen is a real plus too.
We used GPS at our rental car, the phone number for the hotel， they showed wrong address and when we checked with Front office， the phone number is right but they said the hotel is new so they might not shown at the GPS map yet.

The natural spring water baths were fantastic. The wholesome breakfast, good and comparatively cheap, was manned by a team of fast and hardworking workers who wore smiles throughout the busy mornings! Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
We had a room on the eighth floor, but the windows opened to rows of compressors outside. I am claustrophobic so it was difficult to adjust to a "windowless" room.
